I am very disappointed with my BIAB appointment. Despite arriving early, the experience was a letdown. My first two colour choices were out of stock, and I was then refused a French finish because the technician "wasn't fast enough." It is not the customer’s job to worry about staff speed; if you offer a service, your team should be able to deliver it. On top of that, the application quality was poor. I’ve been a regular customer, but based on this experience, I’m reconsidering staying.
